Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

 

 

Shipping Locations

We currently ship across New Zealand and Australia 

 

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • North Island: 1–3 business days
  • South Island: 2–5 business days
  • Rural addresses: please allow an extra 1–3 business days
  • At present we can’t estimate a delivery time to Australia

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods, public holidays, or courier delays.

 

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Any free shipping promotions will be clearly shown on the website at the time of purchase.

 

 

Delays & Tracking

Once your parcel leaves our hands, it is managed by our courier partners.

While we always do our best to support you, delivery delays caused by couriers, weather, or rural servicing are outside our control.

If your parcel appears delayed, please contact us and we’ll gladly help track it down.

 

 

Incorrect Address Details

Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.

Amazing Castor is not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect details, additional shipping charges may apply.

 

 

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:

  • The parcel packaging
  • The damaged item
  • Your order number

We’ll make it right as quickly as possible with a replacement, store credit, or refund.

 

 

Natural Product Shipping Note

Because our castor oil products are made with natural ingredients, temperature changes during transit may temporarily affect texture.
